EPISODE #49-BY THE WORD OF OUR TESTIMONY: RAISED CATHOLIC IN THE PHILIPPIANS AND ALWAYS HAD SO MANY UNANSWERED QUESTIONS, SHE FELT A DISTANCE FROM GOD UNTIL GOD QUITE LITERALLY CALLED HER NAME

Why it’s ok to question God
When God Met Me in the Middle of my Questions. You may be surprised to hear a Christian say that it’s ok to question God. The truth is, He is big enough and has enough grace to answer you and walk with you through the process. The Bible is truth, and Jesus is who He said He is. I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that if you aren’t quite sure, or you have gone to church your whole life and still feel like something else is missing, don’t miss the opportunity to inquire.
That is exactly what my guest for Episode 49 of the Podcast did. She is my sweet friend Lea, we went to women’s Bible study together and I got the opportunity of hearing her testimony. I didn’t tell her right away, but I knew I wanted her to share on the Podcast.
Lea Grew up in the Philippines, serving God devoutly in the Catholic church. She had done everything she was supposed to do to feel close to God. She even taught catechism class, but something was missing. As she got into college she started questioning God, and wondering wether Jesus had actually made it off of that cross. Then one day while visiting her folks on a break from college Jesus met her in a dream and called her name.
You will love to hear this incredible testimony how God met Lea in all of her questions. She shares how His Spirit gave her so much insight into God’s Word, once she got her hands on a Bible and read it for the first time!
Lea’s love for Jesus is contagious! Have you ever questioned God’s existence? Or felt a void and wondered why? Take heart and know God will meet you in the Middle of your Questions!
